1. Who we are
UK Household Savings is a trading name operated as an Independent Partner of Utility Warehouse. We act as a lead generator — we connect you with Utility Warehouse services and do not compare the whole market.

2. What data we collect and why
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate this service:
- Calculator inputs — property type, ownership status, and estimated bill amounts entered in our savings calculator. This data is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
- Booking data — if you book a call via Calendly, your name and email address are collected and processed by Calendly (see Section 4). We receive a notification that a booking was made.
- Contact emails — if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to handle your query.
We do not collect or store data for marketing profiling, advertising, or resale.
3. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests — operating this website and responding to enquiries.
- Consent — for any functional cookies (e.g. Calendly booking cookies), which you can grant or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner or the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
4. Cookies
We use the minimum cookies necessary to operate this site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).

5. Third-party services
Calendly — When you book a call, you will be directed to Calendly's booking platform. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data you submit there.
Utility Warehouse — If you proceed to a consultation, your details will be shared with Utility Warehouse as necessary to provide their services. UW's privacy policy applies at that point.
Google Fonts / Fontshare — We load fonts from these CDNs. Your IP address may be transmitted to their servers as part of standard web font delivery. No personal data is retained by us.
6. Data retention
We do not maintain a customer database. Calculator results are never stored. Any email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years and then deleted.
7. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
